Lovella is a mobile app with serialized romance stories. Read each episode as text or listen to it as audio, on iPhone and Android. This website is the official home of the Lovella web subscription and its customer support.
Lovella is intended for adults (18+).
Did you see a Lovella charge on your statement?
On a bank or card statement, Lovella charges appear as:
- LOVELLA.APP 1MO SUB, or
- LOVELLA.APP followed by an 8-character code, for example LOVELLA.APP K7Q2M9XA
The merchant is FMPROJECT LIMITED, the company that operates Lovella. Your receipt was emailed to the address entered at checkout, from “FMPROJECT LIMITED”.
The charge is for a Lovella Premium subscription bought on our website — usually after reading the opening chapters of a story from an ad. If you paid with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, the same charge appears in that wallet as well.
Don’t recognize it? Contact us with the date and amount of the charge. We will find the purchase, and if you did not make it, we will cancel the subscription and refund the charge.

All prices are in US dollars (USD); your bank may add a currency conversion fee. Some earlier subscribers pay $19.99 or $24.98 per month — the price shown at checkout and in your receipt is the one that applies. The checkout page shows the full terms before you pay.
Payment methods

PayPalPayments are processed securely by Stripe over HTTPS. We never see or store your full card number.
Subscribed inside the Lovella app through the App Store or Google Play? Those subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — cancel them and request refunds in your App Store or Google Play account.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
- Open the Lovella billing portal (provided by Stripe).
- Enter the email you used at checkout — you will receive a secure sign-in link.
- Open the link and choose “Cancel subscription”.
Prefer to ask us? Send a cancellation request through the contact form or to support@lovella.app from the email you used at checkout, and we will cancel it for you and confirm by email.
- After you cancel, you will not be charged again.
- Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel before your intro period or current month ends.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
Refund policy: 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with Lovella, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a charge. This applies to the intro payment and to each monthly renewal.
How to request a refund
- Use the contact form or write to support@lovella.app.
- Include the email you used at checkout and, if you can, the date and amount of the charge.
- We confirm by email once the refund is issued.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take several business days to appear.
- When we refund a subscription charge, we also cancel the subscription so you are not charged again.
- Requests made more than 14 days after a charge are reviewed case by case.
- If you did not make the purchase, contact us and we will cancel the subscription and refund the charge.
This policy covers Lovella subscriptions bought on our website. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules.
